🥐Light Yogurt Brioche

  • Serve the brioche warm, accompanied by jam, honey or hazelnut cream .

  • It will keep soft for 2-3 days if stored in an airtight container or wrapped in cling film.

  • You can also freeze it : cut it into slices, wrap them individually and defrost them at room temperature or for a few seconds in the microwave.

  • Lemon: Add the grated zest of a lemon for a fresh scent.

  • Chocolate: Add chocolate chips to the dough before the second rise.

  • Whole wheat: Replace half the flour with whole wheat flour for a more rustic version.
