Avoid ginger tea if you have any of these health problems

🚫 Who should not drink ginger tea (or only after medical advice):
1. People suffering from hypoglycemia or taking medication for diabetes

Why? Ginger can lower blood sugar levels.
Risk: Dangerous hypoglycemia if combined with antidiabetic medications such as insulin or metformin.

2. People with clotting disorders

Why? Ginger can increase the tendency to bleed.
Examples: Hemophilia, von Willebrand disease.

3. People suffering from gallstones

Why? Ginger stimulates bile production.
Risk: May worsen symptoms or trigger a gallbladder attack.

4. People with low blood pressure

Why? Ginger can lower blood pressure.
Risk: May cause dizziness or fainting, especially if you are taking antihypertensive medication.

5. People suffering from gastric reflux or GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease)

Why? In some sensitive individuals, ginger can increase acidity or heartburn.
