Let’s get back to our jogger. Did you look closely? Zoom in on an often-overlooked detail: the shadow. In the image, the woman casts her own well, as is logical in broad daylight. But… where are the shadows of the trees? Benches? Elements around her? Strange.
And here’s the mistake: only the jogger has a shadow. Everything else seems to be bathed in an unrealistic light. A subtle anomaly, but obvious once spotted.
Develop your eagle eye every day
This kind of exercise pushes us to slow down, to observe the world more attentively. And in our often very fast-paced lives , this is a real quality. Taking the time to notice what is wrong, what is out of the box, what deserves our attention… that is also mindfulness.
So, why not incorporate a little visual test into your routine? One minute a day to stimulate your mind, strengthen your focus, and maybe even learn a little more about yourself.
