In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, dark chocolate, and peanut butter and heat gently over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the ingredients have melted, remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes. Add the peanuts, then pour the candy from the slow cooker onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate the sheet for at least 30 minutes, or until the candy is firm.
