2. Exfoliation
After soaking, use a pumice stone or file to gently remove calluses and dead skin, especially on the heels and soles of the feet.
You can also make a natural scrub with:
1 tablespoon of baking soda
A few drops of water or oil (to create a paste)
Massage with circular movements
3. Rinse and dry
Rinse your feet thoroughly with warm water.
Dry thoroughly, especially between your toes, to prevent fungus.
4. Moisturize
Apply a nourishing cream or vegetable oil.
Wear cotton socks for a deep moisturizing effect (optional, recommended before going to sleep).
