🍯 How to Make the Drink
Ingredients:
1 onion
3–4 cloves of garlic
1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 2 inches)
1 lemon
2 tablespoons of honey (optional, but recommended for taste and soothing effect)
2 cups of water
Instructions:
Peel and chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.
Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot.
Add the chopped ingredients and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Strain the liquid into a jar or mug.
Add the juice of one lemon and honey if desired. Stir well.
