Procedure:
Fill a glass or container three-quarters full with cold water. Carefully submerge the egg in the water to observe its behavior:
If the egg floats completely to the surface: The egg has gone bad and should be discarded. This happens because the air accumulated inside the shell is causing it to float.
If the water remains tilted: it means the water is old, but safe to drink, but its temperature will not be optimal.
If the color is dried and added to the background: the color is fresh and suitable for use in your recipes.
