Touch the tip of your ring finger to the tip of your thumb, then press the two fingers together, leaving the other fingers spread apart.

How to do it:
It is associated with the fire element in your body. Close your ring finger toward your palm and press the second phalanx with the base of your thumb. Keep the rest of your fingers extended. Do this early in the morning on an empty stomach for best results. If you suffer from acidity, do not do this Agni mudra!
