
Stuffed braid in the air fryer
1-Let’s prepare the dough: pour the milk, the seed oil and add the teaspoon of salt into a bowl.
2-Add the Pane degli Angeli Yeast for Air Fryer and start mixing with a fork.
3-At this point, add the flour a little at a time, continuing to mix with the fork.
4-When the dough takes on consistency, transfer it to a floured surface and continue kneading until the dough is smooth, even, and non-sticky.
5-Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to form a rectangle about 1 cm thick or a little more.
6-Using a pastry wheel or a knife, divide it into 3 equal parts, each about 10 cm wide.
7-In each part we arrange 3 slices of Hungarian salami paired with the same number of slices of provola, folding them in half.
8-Now we close each strip and form a small loaf.
9-With the three strands obtained we give shape to our braid.
10-Place it in the air fryer basket with baking paper on the bottom and decorate by brushing it with milk and sprinkling it with seeds.
11-Insert the basket and cook at 175°C for 18 minutes, turning the braid halfway through cooking.
