INGREDIENTS:
100 gm softened butter
½ cup powdered sugar
3 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
Beat softened butter for 2 minutes.
Add powdered sugar, beat until fluffy.
Add eggs, beat for 2 more minutes.
Add flour, milk powder, corn flour, baking powder — mix well.
Add vanilla and milk, mix until smooth batter forms.
Prepare cake mould:
Brush with oil
Dust lightly with flour
Pour the batter into the mould.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30–40 minutes.
Cool, slice, and enjoy your soft butter cake!
