When I’m feeling lazy, I always make this dessert. “Napoleon in a glass”: you’ll just have to lick your fingers. Eaten in 2 minutes.
Fry the crumbs:
Place the crumbs obtained in the pan.
Place the pan on the stove over medium heat.
Fry until golden brown, stirring constantly to prevent burning. This will take approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
Preparation of the custard:
Pour the sugar into a non-stick pan and add the egg yolks.
Pour in the milk and whisk everything together.
