Ingredients (for 4 to 6 verrines)
For the coffee mousse:
35g Nescafé instant coffee (approximately 4 tbsp)
120g sugar (2/3 cup)
140ml very cold water (2/3 cup)
🍶 For the whipped cream:
400ml heavy cream (33-36%)
80ml sweetened condensed milk
